Buddy session

Full Body Conditioning groups that focus on trimming, toning & strengthening your body from head to toe. It’s a mixture of resistance and cardio and includes high intensity interval training. Additionally, our Empower Hour sessions led by our female personal trainer, offer women only sessions, with a strong focus on strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.

Core 360  60min / $35.00

Provides the dedicated training required to strengthen your core, abs and lower back, helping improve flexibility, posture and balance

Rad Box 60min / $35.00

A highly effective aerobic and anaerobic workout that can help you lose weight, attain fitness and gain a lean and toned physique through boxing.

Rad Run 60min / $35.00

A perfect way to train for a fun run, a marathon or work on your sprint PB. Rad Run is an outdoor class for all fitness levels helping you stay motivated and get in shape. We work on your form so you can safely enjoy the wind in your hair.

Fitness groups

Our introductory 7 week course for beginner’s focuses on the Fundamentals of the Yin and Yang of Yoga. From the foundations of yoga to the functions and benefits of the poses, learn various yoga poses and sequences in a safe and fun environment.

Corporate group training

Whether you’re looking to lose your post pregnancy weight or simply get some exercise back into your now incredibly busy routine, we’re here to help. At RadBod Fitness we know the importance of self care to new mothers (we too have a RadBod Fitness Baby) and we want to make exercise a simple addition to your day. Due to our incredible location (literally next to Green Park in  Cammeray) we have the ability to train indoors or out (depending on weather). Bubs can take a snooze in their prams, enjoy tummy time or join you in your workout. RadBod Fitness HQ is an air-conditioned space with easy pram access. Our female personal trainer is Post Natal certified and holds a Working with Children license.

All prices are inclusive of GST. All sessions are purchased up-front We accept payment via EFT, Direct Debit and Credit card. Transaction fees may apply for credit card payments

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling sessions. Should you cancel a session with less then 24 hours notice, the session will be forfeited

Terms and Conditions

A waiver and medical history/injury form must be completed and signed before any training can commence. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before commencing any new exercise regime. In some circumstances, a letter from your doctor may be required
